 hool by 6:20am on Wednesday 21st  October. The bus will be departing at 6
 :30am. A “what to bring” section has also been attached. Please adhere
  to it. The excursion is three days and two nights. You don’t need to pa
 ck like Mrs. Statham\, with seven bags covering all possible weather and f
 ashion conditions with matching shoes! A pillow may be brought onto the bu
 s\, complete with a Parramatta Eels pillowcase of course\, to lean against
  and use to sleep on.Mr. Jeffries\, our Secondary Wellbeing teacher in the
  High School\, will be accompanying Ms. Beecher and Mr. Statham on the tri
 p. Dietary requirements\, allergies and swimming capabilities have already
  been completed by parents last term\, however\, if anything has changed s
 ince then\, please notify us before we leave.Ms. Beecher will be our chief
  photographer\, so we have told the students that they are NOT to bring an
 y mobile phones or ipads. It is only two nights away and we want students 
 to fully enjoy the experience of a ‘sleepover’ with their mates\, with
 out the distraction of technology. If mobiles and the like are found\, the
 y will be confiscated and parents will be asked to retrieve them from the 
 Principal on the following Monday after we return.We ask all parents to ha
 ve a discussion with their child regarding behaviour and representing the 
 school in a positive light before we depart. If a child’s behaviour is d
 eemed inappropriate and not to the standard we expect\, parents will be ca
 lled to make the trek to Sydney and collect them.From the itinerary\, you 
 can see that most meals are provided\, except morning tea and lunch on the
  first day\, which will need to be packed from home\, lunch on the second 
 day as we walk around Manly Corso\, and dinner on the way home on the Frid
 ay\, where we will stop at Yass McDonalds. Your child will need to bring w
 ith them some cash or a card to cover these meals. Any pocket money that i
 s brought along is the responsibility of the student and should be packed 
 in a safe place inside their bag.We are all looking forward to this very w

 ) will be provided free of charge on this fully funded experience provided
