DESCRIPTION:Location: Cowra Tennis Club (1 Grenfell Rd\, Cowra NSW 2794) 
 – please see attached\nDate: Monday 14 th  September\nArrival/Start Tim
 e: Registrations will open from 9:30am and matches will commence at\n10:00
 am.  \nFinish time: We’re expecting a 2pm finish (Will provide an upda
 te to this time once teams\nhave been confirmed).\nWhat to bring: Please e
 nsure players bring hat\, sunscreen\, water\, recess and lunch food. If\ns
 tudents have their own racquet (21\, 23 or 25 inch)\, they are encouraged 
 to bring it along\,\notherwise there will be racquets available for studen
 ts to borrow on the day.\nTeam Preparation: Please ensure the 8 students i
 n each team are ranked from 1-4\nand know their rankings (4 boys ranked fr
 om 1-4 and 4 girls ranked from 1-4) and if you\nhave 2 subs in each team\,
  please ensure they sub throughout the day. Please note: subs\ncan ONLY su
 b after a match is complete\, they cannot sub throughout a match.\nStaff o
 n Day: Dylan Dwyer and Head Coach Helen Garratt will be delivering the eve
 nt.\nTeacher Supervision & Parents: There needs to be 1 teacher supervisin
 g for every 3\nteams entered from your school. Students will score their o
 wn matches\, however there will\nbe a court supervisor on court\, monitori
 ng matches and helping if students need. Parents are\nmore than welcome to
  come along and watch however MUST NOT interfere with matches or\nstep out
  on court.\nProgression: Two teams will progress to the State Final at Syd
 ney Olympic Park on\nMonday 9 th  November.
