First come\, First serve. SITE DESCRIPTION We have the privilege o f helping to restore an 800-year old loko iʻa in the last fully functioni ng ahupuaʻa in Oʻahu. Hele mai and let's be a part of this story! The day begins at 8:30am and ends at 12:30pm. Work on community workdays is ap propriate for ages 12 and up. Tasks may include moving rock and coral\, f illing buckets\, hauling floating barges through the water\, cutting/pulli ng out invasive mangrove\, invasive limu and jellyfish removal\, trash pic kup\, and reconstruction of the kuapā. If you have any dietary restrictions\, please let us know in advance of the workday and we will try our best to a ccommodate you. The workday will be staged from our homebase/ office/ fa cility space in our residential neighborhood at 46-077 Ipuka St. Kaneohe\, HI 96744.  Please find street parking.  Keep in mind parking rules as they relate to keeping your distance away from mailboxes\, driveways\, cor ners and curbs.  As you enter Ipuka St. from Kamehameha Hwy.\, we’re th e fifth driveway on the left\, the one with a large white gate and a KAPU NO FISHING sign. Walk down the driveway\, we’ll be meeting under our ten ted area.Coming from Honolulu\, take the Kahekili exit. Turn right onto Ha iku Road. At the 4-way intersection of Kamehameha Hwy\, Windward Mall\, an d Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center\, turn left. Pass King Intermediate. Turn ri ght into Ipuka Street and as you go start going down the hill\, you will s ee a gate and a mailbox made with mangrove wood on the left.
