DESCRIPTION:All Centre officers have agreed to stand for re-election. I wi
 ll stand as Centre Secretary with Sue as my trusty partner\, Alan as Chair
 \, Barry as Treasurer\, Fred as Regalia & Calendar and Sue as Media.\n\nIn
  the event of anyone wishing to stand or proposing someone to stand ( with
  their agreement ) for any of the positions of Chairman\, Centre Secretary
 \, Treasurer\, Regalia & Calendar\, and Media\, notifications must be sent
  to by me before Saturday October 18th please.\n\n  \n\nSalient points on
  the Agenda:\n\nThe minutes of the 2024 AGM are on the LinMog website linm
 og.co.uk in the members’ area. Please let me know if you don’t have th
 e current password for this area.\n\nDiscussion and voting on Subscription
 s will be required at the meeting.  \n\nSubs pay for the website/domain n
 ame\, event expenses\, AGM teas/coffees and any sundry centre expenses\, w
 hich are offset by advertising revenue from the magazine. \n\nIn addition\
 , volunteers will be asked to come forward for our 2025 Christmas Munch Ch
 arity Raffle and 2026 Sunday lunches/Munches/seasonal monthly events. With
 out organisers these will simply not take place so in order for LinMog to 
 remain an active Centre your help is required. Please do not assume that 
 ‘someone else’ will volunteer as this may not be the case. \n\nThe str
 ucture and management of the MSCC has changed in the last 12 months as you
  will no doubt be aware. Clause 2.12 of the Centre Rules refers to Nationa
 l Committee Meetings which no longer exist so I shall be proposing at the 
 AGM that this clause be deleted. The Centre Rules can be viewed on the Lin
 Mog website in the members’ area. If anyone has a change to the Centre R
 ules they wish to propose they must notify me at least 4 weeks prior to th
 e AGM i.e. before Sunday October 5th.\n\nAny Other Business ( anything not
  itemised on the Agenda ) must be submitted to the Secretary 2 weeks prior
  to the AGM ( before Saturday October 18th ) so it can be distributed to m
 embers to allow them to comment or vote at the AGM. General discussion at 
 the meeting is fine\, but no votes or changes can take place unless notifi
 ed by the due date\, in accordance with the Centre Rules. \n\nPlease advis
 e me if you will be attending the meeting before Saturday October 18th\, e
 ven if you’re not dining\, as numbers are required for teas/coffees\, se
 ats and documents.\n\nTea/coffee and biscuits will be provided FOC by LinM
 og at 10.30am followed by the AGM at11am and lunch at 1pm.\n\n \n\nIf you
 ’ll be dining the menu for the day is attached. Orders must be received 
 by me before Friday October 24th.\n\nPlease state individual choices and a
