 d celebration at the Richmond Greenway in partnership with Urban Tilth.Thi
 s federal holiday was designated as a national day of service over 30 year
 s ago and is designed to be a "day ON"—rather than a day off—in alignm
 ent with honoring Dr. King's life\, legacy\, and aspiration of a beloved c
 ommunity marked by racial unity\, justice for the betterment of all\, and
