DESCRIPTION:While most Board of Trustees meetings occur on the third Monda
 y of the month\, some meetings (*) are moved to a different Monday due to 
 vacations and holidays. All meetings will be held at the Innovation Acade
 my Charter School (or virtually)\, and the public is welcome to attend. Me
 eting location will be posted in our main lobby entrance.  Specific agend
 as shall be posted in accordance with the requirements of the Commonwealth
  of Massachusetts Open Meeting Law.Per Massachusetts Open Meeting Law\, pu
 blic boards may allow time for public comment\, as permitted by the chair.
   The IACS Board welcomes public comment from members of the public at it
 s Board Meeting pursuant to the following:Requests to make public comment 
 should be sent to bot@innovationcharter.org at least 24 hours prior to t
 he start of the scheduled meeting.  For spoken public comment\, you must
  provide your full name\, residential address\, and the topic you plan to 
 speak about.  Spoken public comments will be limited to 3 minutes.Written
  public comments should also contain your full name and residential addres
 s.  Written public comments submitted without a full name or residential 
 address will be screened and may be declined by the board chair.  All pu
