St arlink v2 Mini Optimized satellites into low Earth orbit. This flight is i nternally known as Starlink Group 15-9 and the booster is designated as B1 0XX.X for this mission\, flying with a reused fairing.\n-\nStarlink v2 Min i Optimized satellites are built by SpaceX and have a reported launch mass of 575kg. The mass-produced spacecraft carry a communications payload usi ng the Ku and Ka frequency bands\, plus E-band for backhaul\, which will a llow Starlink to provide ~4x more capacity per satellite than earlier iter ations. They also employ optical inter-satellite links\, phased array beam forming and digital processing technologies. On the v2 sats the Krypton t hrusters are replaced with new and more powerful Argon Hall thrusters. The Optimized chassis features upgrades\, such as a new backhaul antenna with a SpaceX-designed and built dual-band chip and improved avionics\, propul sion and power systems. Starlink sats are able to track on-orbit debris an d capable of autonomous collision avoidance. All satellites will be equipp ed with anti-reflective coatings. The updated Starlink network architecture has 1584 satellites at 550km altitude and an inclination of 53 degrees\, 1584 satellites at 540km and an inclination of 53.2 degrees\, 720 satellit es at 570km and an inclination of 70 degrees\, and 520 satellites at 560km and an inclination of 97.6 degrees. The initial FCC application covered 4 408 Starlink satellites. Eventually SpaceX will launch and operate a follo w-on network of 7518 additional Starlink satellites transmitting in V-band frequencies. In the final deployment stage an additional 30000 Starlink s atellites might get orbited.\n\nWebcast: \nhttps://www.spacex.com/launche s/mission/?missionId=sl-15-9\n\nhttps://spaceflightnow.com LOCATION:Vandenberg AFB Space Launch Complex 4\, Lompoc\, Kalifornien 9343 6\, Vereinigte Staaten END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
