 rkplace incivility is\, unfortunately\, a common workplace stressor\, part
 icularly within the context of healthcare. In this session\, participants 
 will learn to identify workplace incivility and the contexts that foster t
 hese negative behaviors. We will also discuss employee and organizational 
 outcomes of workplace incivility. Finally\, participants will work through
  several practical strategies for addressing workplace incivility\, both d
 irectly and indirectly. Objectives:At the conclusion of this activity\, l
 earners should be better able to:Understand and identify contexts that fos
 ter workplace incivilityIdentify individual and organizational outcomes of
