 ate: Thursday 6th AugustArrival/Start Time: Registrations will open fro
 m 9:15am (please arrive from this time where possible). There will be a 
 Teacher Briefing at 9:30am and then an on court demo at 9:45am. and matche
 s will commence at 10am.Finish time: Presentations will commence at appro
 ximately 2:00pm and we are expecting to finish at 2:10pm.What to bring: P
 lease ensure players bring a hat\, sunscreen\, water\, recess and lunch fo
 od. The canteen will be running as well with simple snacks and lollies ava
 ilable so students can bring along some money if they wish to purchase any
 thing. If students have their own racquet (23\, 25 or 26 inch)\, they are 
 encouraged to bring it along\, otherwise there will be racquets available 
 for students to borrow on the day.Team Preparation: Please ensure the 8 s
 tudents in each team are ranked from 1-4 and know their rankings (4 boys
  ranked from 1-4 and 4 girls ranked from 1-4) and if you have 2 subs in ea
 ch team\, please ensure they sub throughout the day. Please note: subs can
  ONLY sub after a match is complete\, they cannot sub throughout a match. 
 We do have 1 team (Cumnock PS 2) who will be classes as a non-competitive 
 team on the day.Staff on Day: Tennis New South Wales staff will be running
  the event with the assistance of volunteer high school students from the 
 Orange Christian School (thank you again!) and staff members from Orange E
 x-Services Tennis Club.
