DESCRIPTION:Southern Region Athletics Carnival to be held atTwigg Oval\, C
 owra on Friday\, 31st July 2026. Please note that this date falls in these
 cond week of Term 3.Organisation: The Carnival will commence at 9.00am wit
 h a briefing for Team Managersand Officials. Events commence at 9.15am. If
  postponement on 31st July is necessary\, earlymorning text messages/phone
  calls and emails will be sent to the nominated staff of yourschool. The b
 ackup date for this Carnival is Friday\, 7th August 2026Venue : The carni
 val will be held at Twigg Oval in Cowra. Competitor Levy: Cost per compet
 itor will be $10.00. The levy covers the marking of theoval\, programs\, l
 unch for managers and officials etc. Canteen Facilities: A Canteen will b
 e operating on the day with lots of warm food\, tea\,coffee etc. Morning t
 ea and lunch will be provided for Team Managers and Officials on theday. 
  These people will receive a card to take to the canteen to collect food i
 tems.The order of events and rules of competition will be sent out closer 
 to the carnival.
