DESCRIPTION:A Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology (SAST) Long Marc
 h (Chang Zheng) CZ-12 rocket will launch on its third flight. It will prob
 ably carry a batch of 9 Hulianwang Digui satellites for the China SatNet G
 uowang internet constellation into orbit. This mission is known as SatNet 
 LEO Group ? (卫星互联网低轨0?组) and the satellites are designated
  as Hulianwang Digui 0?A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H/I. The two stage CZ-12 rocket is po
 wered by four YF-100K keroLOX engines on the first stage while its second
  stage is propelled by two YF-115 keroLOX engines.\n-\nThe Guowang satell
 ite program can carry a variety of payloads\, including broadband communic
 ation payloads\, laser communication payloads\, synthetic aperture radar p
 ayloads\, optical remote sensing payloads\, and others\, to meet the needs
  of different users and scenarios. It offers comprehensive technical suppo
 rt across numerous fields such as maritime and aviation operations\, infor
 mation security\, navigation and positioning\, and meteorological research
 \, while also enabling expansion into the global satellite internet access
  market. The eventual constellation is expected to grow to 12992 satellite
 s. This will be made up of 6080 in the low orbit GW-A59 sub-constellation 
 at altitudes below 500km\, offering initial broadband coverage. The rest w
 ill orbit in the higher GW-A2 sub-constellation at 1145 km\, providing a m
 ore global reach.
