DESCRIPTION:A China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) Lo
 ng March (Chang Zheng) CZ-3B/E rocket will launch the Fengyun 4C geostatio
 nary weather satellite for the China Meteorological Administration. It is 
 designed to collect imagery of storm systems\, atmospheric sounding measur
 ements\, lightning maps and observations of space weather phenomena. The l
 auncher will flown as CZ-3B/G3 variant with a 4.2m diameter fairing.\n-\nF
 engyun 4C (FY-4C) is the third satellite of the second generation of Chine
 se geosynchronous meteorological satellites\, a follow-on to the FY-2 ser
 ies. It has a launch mass of 5.3 tonnes and is based on the SAST-5000 bus.
  The three-axis stabilized satellites feature one solar panel and suite of
