DESCRIPTION:Good afternoon everyone\,\n\nFirst I would like to say thank y
 ou for everyone who was in attendance for today's meeting it's always grea
 t to see your smiling faces. For those of you that were unable to attend I
  have outlined below some of the highlights that were discussed at the mee
 ting in order to bring you all up to speed.\n\n\n  1.  Please review the c
 opy of the purposed bylaws that were sent out to the group. The bylaws wil
 l be voted on at the next meeting that will be held on February 15th at 10
 :00 AM. If you did not receive a copy of the bylaws please reach out to Ch
 ristine McCauley at christine@epic-cure.org.\n  2.  Discussed was the deve
 lopment of the COAD committees which include: Mass Care\, Unmet Needs\, De
 bris / Repair\, Fundraising / Grants\, and Volunteer Management. Please re
 view the attached document that outlines the description of each committee
 s roles and responsibilities. Please be prepared to identify which committ
 ee if any you or your organization would be willing to serve on at the nex
 t meeting. Those individuals or organizations that have already stepped fo

 ess some exciting news was shared!!!! Putnam Disaster Recovery COAD will b
 e receiving $100\,000.00 from the Florida Disaster Relief Fund to assist C
 OADs\, and  LTRGs in helping those in your county affected by Hurricane Ia
 n in their recovery process. Way to go!!!\n\nI will be emailing out the ag
