Electron will fly with an extended fairing.\n-\nCapella Acadia satellites are improved 165 –187kg Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) sats which accommodate a sensor ap erture for the X-band SAR that can provide high-contrast\, low-noise high- resolution sub-0.5 meter imagery. They feature a 3.5-meter aperture deploy able mesh-based reflector antenna. The improved satellites increase radar bandwidth from 500 to 700 megahertz and power by more than 40 percent comp ared to the Capella 2nd generation Whitney satellite series\, and are 50% larger. For Acadia\, Capella is upgrading the payload downlink antenna to reduce the time between ground contact and imaging. Acadia satellites als o will be equipped with optical communications terminals\, a move designed to reduce the time from imagery collection to downlinking. Capella is pla nning a 30 satellite constellation in its final stage.\n-\nDelayed from Ma y.\n\nWebcast: https://youtube.com/@rocketlabcorp\nhttps://rocketlabcorp. com/live-stream/ LOCATION:LC-1B\, PVQ8+R3\, Māhia 4198\, Neuseeland END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
