DESCRIPTION:A United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket\, designated AV-100\, 
 will launch the Viasat 3.2 (Viasat 3 EMEA) satellite into GTO. ViaSat 3.2 
 is the second of at least three new-generation Boeing-built geostationary 
 satellites for Viasat. It will cover the Europe\, Middle East\, and Africa
  regions. Atlas will fly in the 551 vehicle configuration with a five-mete
