DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in helping create climate resilience in the
  Bay Area and beyond? This event brings together climate-resilient design
  thinking from the Berkeley College of Environmental Design (CED) communit
 y with Haas alumni expertise in financing\, partnership\, governance and d
 elivery. The objective: to spark ideas on how vision gets built and sustai
 ned. For Haas MBAs and BAs\, this is a real opportunity to contribute you
 r expertise to the human adaptation challenges that climate change is alre
 ady forcing. For designers\, it's a chance to pressure-test their visions 
 against people who move capital and make implementation possible. Climate
  designers will bring solutions on four topics: (1) Flooding disaster mana
 gement\; (2) Environmental contamination from sea level rise\; (3) Extreme
  heat\; (4) Green infrastructure. $12 donation covers the facility rental.
