DESCRIPTION:The 2025 Senior School Athletics event involving all students 
 from Years 5-8 will be held at Mt Smart Stadium on Tuesday 4 November 2025
 . Students will take part in a range of track and field activities such as
  long jump\, high jump and the 100m sprint. All students are expected to p
 articipate in this event as it is part of the PE/Health curriculum. The Y
 ear 5-8 students will depart school by bus at 9:00am. Events will take pla
 ce from 9:45am until 2:15pm. Students will return to school for 2:45pm. 
  Dress Code: Students will be arranged in house groups\,therefore PE shor
 ts and whānau house shirts are recommended. (Whānau house shirts can be 
 ordered on Kindo HERE - limited stock). Alternatively\, students may wear 
 their full PE uniform. All students must wear appropriate sports shoes and
  a hat. Students should also bring sunscreen and a raincoat if needed.Stud
 ents will need to bring morning tea\, lunch and plenty of water with them 
 to the event. There will be no Kindo lunch orders available. Our blanket 
 consent form will cover this trip\, however if you did not sign this form 
 at the beginning of the year\, you will be emailed separately to gain your
  consent for your child to attend this sporting event - please look out fo
 r this. We are in need of parent volunteers for time keeping and various 
 other roles. If you are able to help with this event\, please complete thi
 s form ASAP: Senior Athletics Adult Helper Form. Parents\, caregivers and 
 whānau are all welcome to attend the event.
