 he Koʻolau Foundation is a cultural heritage preservation program. The mi
 ssion is to pursue and promote Hawaiian cultural and environmental practic
 es\, preservation and education. The cultural service work in Haʻikū ge
 nerally occurs on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month. Because the valle
 y has locked gates\, we will need to enter the valley together. The gates 
 will be locked once all our vehicles have entered the valley. We'll work 
 until about noon\, have lunch and story-telling\, and leave the valley aro
 und 1:30 pm. Mahalo for helping restore and preserve Haʻikū Valley\, 
 its beauty\, and history! TO BE PREPAREDThere is no restroom in the Valle
