(NET) H3-22S • QZSS 7

A Mitsubishi Heavy Industries H3 rocket will launch the seventh Michibiki (みちびき 5, QZS 5) navigation satellite for JAXA into geostationary orbit. The mission is designated as H3F8. Michibiki 5 is built on Mitsubishi Electric's DS2000 bus and has a launch mass of ~4.2 tonnes, a power generation of 2.7kW and a design life of more than 15 years. The H3 launcher will fly as 22S variant with two main engines, two SRB-3 solid strap-on boosters and a short fairing. - Delayed from Dec. 7.
