(NET) Long March CZ-10A • Mengzhou In-Flight Abort Test

A China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) Long March (Chang Zheng) CZ-10A rocket will launch on its inaugural flight for an in-flight abort test of the new Mengzhou crew spacecraft. The CZ-10A will be a boilerplate version, modified from a reused static fire article. Together with a boilerplate second-stage, a test Mengzhou capsule, an operational abort tower and a mass-equivalent dummy service module it will launch on a suborbital flight. The seven YF-100K engines might be throttled down for this test flight. - Delayed from late 2025.
