A SpaceX Falcon 9 Block 5 rocket will launch the SXM 10 radio broadcasting satellite for SiriusXM's digital audio radio service (DARS). The Falcon 9 booster is designated B10XX.X for this flight.-The SXM 10 high power broadcasting satellite was built by Maxar based on their SSL-1300 bus and will operate in the S-band spectrum. The 7 tonne satellite will generate more than 20kW of power and has a large unfurlable antenna reflector, which enables broadcast to radios without the need for large dish-type antennas on the ground.
