St. Leontius of Tripoli was a martyr. He had been a Roman solider. There was a monastery named after him in which Severus of Antioch was baptized.Patron saint of St. Severus the Great of Antioch; instrumental in his conversion to Christianity.St. Severus hymn on St. Leontius of Tripoli:"In heaven and in earth" (Psalms 113:6, 134:6)Very great in truth is the mystery of godliness.
