Join HereThis presentation introduces members of the community to effective pathways for addressing campus concerns and conflicts. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of how to navigate reporting options and how to determine which types of concerns are best directed to each office, helping to reduce confusion and improve response outcomes. In addition, participants will learn about the unique, neutral role of the Ombuds and how the office supports informal, confidential conflict resolution at the departmental level. Through this overview, attendees will build confidence in addressing community issues, strengthen communication practices, and develop a deeper understanding of the resources available to support a respectful and responsive learning environment.
