Tuesday - Fall Festival – show shirt3:30pm - run through on band lot(show shirt and show materials)4:30pm - run through ends– eat bpa provided dinner, pack/load5:20pm - get dressed/inspection5:45pm - load buses6:00pm - Depart6:45pm – Arrive at Heroes7:30pm – Warm Up7:45pm – Move to Gate7:55pm – Gate8:00pm – Perform - after we perform there will be a student meeting with directors, load props, put instruments away, students get in 2's to load stands w/ water jug to watch other bands8:45pm – Depart after watching bands, all staff will stay for a judges clinic
