Conway Rd., Orlando, FL 32812About this event: This is a one-class workshop hosted by the Central Florida Livestock Agents Group (CFLAG), that will start from 9 am to 4 pm.In this beginner friendly class, we will go over the basics regarding beekeeping.Topics covered will include:Brief history of beekeepingLegality of beekeeping in FloridaHoney bee biologyHive structureStart up costsHive productsAnd moreThe class will culminate with a live hive visit where we will have a hive inspection.This class will be taught live by JK Yarborough, in Orange County at the UF/IFAS Extension Office, located at 6021 S.
