Join Pop’s in making the holidays brighter for children in the Tioga County Foster Care program.  Starting Monday November 17th, choose a snowflake from the Giving Tree in our window and purchase a gift for that child here at Pop’s. Receive 30% off that item, and replace the snowflake with a colorful ornament. Gifts will be picked up on Monday December 15th to be delivered to the foster families. Brighten our tree and brighten the lives of children in Tioga County by sharing the joy of play this Christmas season!
