East Bay Alumni: Elderberry to Rocky Ridge View Loop Trail Hike

Join us for a scenic hike in Las Trampas Regional Wilderness. The Elderberry to Rocky Ridge View loop trail is approximately 4.7 miles (1,100 ft elevation) and generally takes about 2.5 hours to complete. The hike begins with steep inclines on Elderberry leading to the stunning Rocky Ridge. Watch out for the cows! The ridge trail is completely unshaded but offers spectacular views and a moderate descent. Dogs are welcome but must be on leash.   We will be meeting at the Las Trampas Public Parking lot (at the end of Bollinger Canyon Rd). Gather at 8:45 am (parking area at trailhead has rest rooms).
