Sts. Diodorus and Rodopianus of Aphrodisia, Martyrs

"at Aphrodisias in the province of Caria, the martyrs Diodotos and Rodopianos" Saints Diodorus and Rodopianus were two deacons who suffered martyrdom in the early 300s in the persecutions of Emperor Diocletian (284-305) in Aphrodisia in the province of Caria in Asia Minor (modern-day Turkey). It happened by being stoned by their own countrymen. BL12150
