Long March CZ-6A • Qianfan

A Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology (SAST) Long March (Chang Zheng) CZ-6A rocket will launch a batch of 18 satellites for the Qianfan Xingzuo (千帆星座, "Thousand Sails", formerly known as G60) internet constellation of Shanghai Spacecom Satellite Technology (SSST), a Chinese equivalent of SpaceX’s Starlink satellites. The sats are designated as Qianfan Jigui 19A–19R for the Qianfan Polar Orbit Group 19. The initial tranche will use 1296 satellites. Ultimately, the Spacesail constellation will consist of more than 14000 low-orbit broadband multimedia satellites.
