Time: 3 hours Type of Facilitator Needed: Clinicians and ResidentsSession Details: P4 Segment 2 is a second year medical student course designed to guide students to: provide patient-centered and culturally responsive care, to become effective team members, to learn evidence based theories that reduce healthcare disparities, to recognize their own professional development, and to foster self-directed learning through use of flipped classroom models, case studies, and real world interactions in community projects that utilize an inter-professional approach to caring for specialized populationsFacilitator Responsibilities: Help facilitate small group sessions, serve on a panel, etc. In P42 facilitators don't need to commit to all small group dates like they need to for P41.Training: 60 minutes in person prior to the first sessionPre-Session Work: Detailed facilitator guide provided for each session. 30-60 min prep for each sessionPost-Session Work: Provide narrative feedback and Ligert score ratings for each student using New Innovations at the end of each SEGMENT.( not each session)
