3:30pm - Arrive in band hall and get dressed in show shirt, travel shorts, long black    socks and marching shoes3:45pm - Run through on turf4:45pm - Run through ends– eat bpa provided dinner, pack/load5:30pm - Inspection5:45pm - Load buses6:00pm - Depart6:45pm – Arrive at Heroes7:30pm – Warm Up7:45pm – Move to Gate7:55pm – Gate8:00pm – Perform - after we perform there will be a student meeting with directors, load props, put instruments away, students get in 2's to load stands w/ water jug to watch other bands8:45pm – Depart after watching bands, all staff will stay for a judges clinic9:00pm - Dismissal
