(NET) Long March CZ-5 • Chang'e 7

A Chinese Long March (Chang Zheng) CZ-5 rocket will launch the Chang'e 7 (嫦娥七号) mission to the Moon. It is the eighth mission in China's Chang'e program of robotic lunar exploration, which takes its name from a moon goddess in Chinese mythology. The mission will consist of an orbiter, a lunar lander, a rover, a hopper and a relay satellite. The lander will target the Shackleton crater rim and attempt to land at 123.4°E and 88.8°S.
