MINA Pre-Survey

After all MINA Orientations, a pre-survey will be administered through email. If you have completed the ACCESS Engagement Registration and Waiver and attended a MINA Orientation, you will be sent an email with the link to the survey. The survey will gauge students' awareness of history, social movements, and Hawaiian culture. Please finish this survey before your first MINA Activity.
