(NET) Ceres 1S • Tianqi 37–40

A Galactic Energy Ceres 1S rocket will perform a sea launch from Haiyang Spaceport, where it will lift off from the Dongfang Hangtiangang ship. It probably will launch four Tianqi satellites for Guodian Gaoke's low-Earth orbit narrow-band Internet of Things constellation into space. The 1S (S for sea launch) version of the Ceres launcher (aka Gushenxing 1H, GX-1H for haiyang = ocean) has a different thrust profile, with a reduced thrust on the first stage and increased thrust on the following stages. This mission was named "?". - Tianqi are satellites in a series of small LEO comsats by Guodian Gaoke for IoT communications. The ~50kg satellites are part of the “Apocalypse Constellation” that provides users with much-needed data collection and transmission services for terrestrial network coverage blind areas, which are widely used in marine, environmental protection, meteorological, forestry, geological, emergency, rescue and smart city industries. The full constellation is planned to feature 38 LEO satellites that aim to enhance connectivity for the industry in China.
