International Women's Day

International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the economic, political and social achievements of women past, present and future. It is also used to raise awareness of the need for greater equality between men and women, and of the struggle women still face in the 21st Century. In some countries (such as China, Russia, Vietnam and Bulgaria), International Women's Day is a national holiday.
