Community Accountability and Transformative Justice – collective educational workshop

This is an educational workshop focused on transformative justice and community accountability (TJCA), particularly in relation to responding to domestic, sexual, and family violence, where TJCA frameworks primarily develop. Our goal is to create a space for learning and refreshing our understanding of TJCA and anti-carceral approaches to addressing harm and seeking redress. We also aim to facilitate reflective discussions on recent experiences with community accountability. The workshop is open to anyone interested in participating, but we especially encourage members of the Pride in Protest collective and other grassroots community action and activist groups, who may also be invited to join us.
