Falcon 9 B5 • NROL-105

A SpaceX Falcon 9 Block 5 rocket will launch the classified NROL-105 mission for the National Reconnaissance Office. It is for the first phase of NRO's imaging satellite constellation built by SpaceX and Northrop Grumman and is understood to be the twelfth of multiple batches to launch. The NRO's Proliferated Architecture is a constellation of intelligence satellites, including imaging and relay satellites. The 8? satellites on this launch are built upon SpaceX' Starshield bus, with Northrop Grumman providing sensors for some of them.
