Participants will explore role-based rights and responsibilities, the impact of role conflict on professionalism, and practical strategies for maintaining professional standards in challenging situations.Objectives:Articulate the rights and responsibilities inherent to their roles as medical students, staff& medical school faculty.Describe the concept of role conflict and discuss how it may present challenges to professionalism for students-faculty.Evaluate why unprofessional behaviors occur and strategies to meet standards of professionalism even in difficult situations.
