(NET) HLVM3 • Gaganyaan G1

An Indian Human-rated Launch Vehicle Mark 3 (HLVM3) rocket will launch the Gaganyaan spacecraft on its first uncrewed orbital test flight for ISRO, designated G1. Vyomitra, a humanoid robot, will be aboard Gaganyaan. The mission will test the crew module in a 400km orbit, orbital maneuvers and its reentry and recovery. The HLVM3 is the human rated version of the LVM3, which is equipped with a launch abort system (LAS) and will use the upgraded C32 cryo stage. - Delayed from December 2020, Q1, late 2021, H2 2022, late 2023, December 2024, February, March, June, August, December 2025, January and Feb. 10.
