The Women’s Book Group will cool off by reading and discussing TheFrozen River by Ariel Lawhon on Tuesday, July 15 by Zoom. Theauthor describes this novel as being “inspired” by the story of Martha Ballard,a late 18th/early 19th century midwife in Hallowell, Maine.
