Please call and make your booking prior to 24th August. Once you have booked with the hotel please advise Stuart of your booking on  sac320@me.com It’s better for people to call before 3pm, because after that time, the bookings / reception team aren’t there, and the phones are covered by other hotel staff. If people have trouble getting through because the line is busy, members can send an email to reception@thewroxton.co.uk and the hotel will call back to make the booking. After this time, the provisional room bookings will be released and room availability cannot be guaranteed. Members are requested to call the hotel direct and make their own bookings (cost & options below). When calling to make your booking please quote “Stuart Clarke - LinMog Car Club” so they know you are part of our group and can be added to our dinner reservation. At booking time, the hotel will require card details and a £50.00 deposit payment towards which room, which is non-refundable. If you need a ground floor room, you must tell them at the time of booking (many of the rooms are on the 1st floor, and they do not have a lift). Check in: Thursday 26th Feb 2026, 15:00 Check out: Sunday 1st March 2026, 10:30 Rate for dinner, bed & breakfast: £160 per night single occupancy £200 per night double occupancy The above rates include a 3 course dinner, with a £35.00 dinner allowance per person per night. If any guests opt for a 2 course dinner, the allowance is £28.00 per person per night, with a discount of £7.00 per person/per room/per night. Room upgrade costs: executive room £10 per night superior room £15 per night Breakfast arrangements: Members will eat in the normal restaurant for breakfast. Dinner arrangements: Members will eat together in a private room (complimentary private dining room provided by the hotel). Food choices will be from a set menu of 3 starters, 3 main courses & 3 desserts. We will send a pre-order to the hotel a week prior to the arrival date so the chef has time to order the necessary provisions.
