This meeting will take place in 4042 Human Health Building, Oakland University.Facilitator:Terry L. Dibble, MSCertified Instructor: Mental Health First Aid - USADescription:Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. These trainings will cover common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges, common signs and symptoms of substance use challenges, and how to interact with a person in crisis. Additionally, the trainings cover how to connect a person with help and expanded content on trauma, substance use and self-care.
