This training will take place in-person only in 478 O'Dowd Hall, Oakland University.Presented by Adam GordonDescription:Join us to become more familiar with the AV technology in Room 478 in O'Dowd Hall. This training aims to empower users to fully utilize the technology available for virtual and hybrid meetings.Objectives:At the conclusion of this activity, learners should be better able to:Operate the central control panel to seamlessly power on the system, switch input sources, and adjust audio levels.Initiate a hybrid meeting using the room's designated software ensuring both remote and in-person participants can see and hear clearly.Troubleshoot common connectivity issues, such as a laptop failing to display or an unmuted microphone producing feedback.
