Hwara, son of Theodore

In hagiography: Hwara, son of Theodore lived in the fourth century. He met a monk, Mar Aḥa, who had been taken captive by a crypto-Christian soldier in the Persian army. Aḥa cured Hwara of being mute and in response Hwara became a monk. They established monasteries near Nisibis, where Hwara was the successor of Mar Aḥa. RSoH
