題 目： 感覚・情動・行動をつなぐ神経回路とその操作Title : Neural Circuits Linking Sensation, Emotion,and Behavior: Mechanisms and Manipulation 講 師： 山下　貴之　（藤田医科大学医学部神経生理学講座 教授）Lecturer : TakayukiYamashita（Professor, Department of Neurophysiology, School of Medicine, Fujita Health University） 日 時：令和8年11月12日（木）17:00より90分（Zoom）Time and Date: November 12 at 17:00 (Zoom lecture) 言 語：英語                Language: English脳は好ましい刺激をどのように処理し、表情や行動につなげているのでしょうか。本講義では、マウスを用いた私たちの研究を紹介します。まず、報酬やその予測に伴う顔の動きに着目し、ドパミン神経系と運動皮質の役割を解説します。次に、足裏で感じる床の質感への好みを題材に、好ましい触覚刺激と不安に関連する行動、脳活動との関係を紹介します。さらに、X線を可視光に変換する材料を利用した「X線光遺伝学」の原理と、神経活動や行動の操作への応用を説明します。これらを通して、感覚・情動・運動を結びつける脳の働きと、そのしくみを実験的に解明するための考え方を共有します。How does the brain process pleasant stimuli and translate them intofacial movements and behavior?  In thislecture, I will present our research addressing this question in mice.  First, I will discuss facial movementsassociated with reward and reward prediction, focusing on the roles of thedopamine system and motor cortex.  Next,I will explore mice’s preferences for floor textures sensed through their pawsand how these preferences relate to anxiety-related behavior and brainactivity.  Finally, I will introduce theprinciples of X-ray-mediated optogenetics, which uses scintillators to convertX-rays into visible light, and its applications in manipulating neural activityand behavior.  Together, these studiesillustrate how the brain links sensation, emotion, and movement, and howexperimental approaches can reveal the underlying mechanisms.※Zoomにて開催します。 This lecture is held through Zoom. ※学外者の聴講を防ぐため、事前登録制とします。講義開始時間までに事前登録をしてください。Zoomの事前登録URLは前週金曜日に学務課よりメールで送信される通知を確認してください。 To prevent attendance by outsiders, thislecture requires registration.
