An Korean Ministry of National Defense (ADD) rocket launched on its second orbital flight. It will lift off from a sea platform in the South China Sea, just 4km south of Jeju Island, and will place a small synthetic aperture radar (SAR) prototype satellite for Hanwha into orbit. The four stage launcher doesn't have a public name and is known as Solid Fuel Space Launcher (고체연료 우주발사체, Goche Yeollyo Uju Balsache, GYUB).
