TWC (St2) Semi-Final

Location: Cowra Tennis Club (1 Grenfell Rd, Cowra NSW 2794) – please see attached Date: Monday 14 th  September Arrival/Start Time: Registrations will open from 9:30am and matches will commence at 10:00am.   Finish time: We’re expecting a 2pm finish (Will provide an update to this time once teams have been confirmed). What to bring: Please ensure players bring hat, sunscreen, water, recess and lunch food. If students have their own racquet (21, 23 or 25 inch), they are encouraged to bring it along, otherwise there will be racquets available for students to borrow on the day. Team Preparation: Please ensure the 8 students in each team are ranked from 1-4 and know their rankings (4 boys ranked from 1-4 and 4 girls ranked from 1-4) and if you have 2 subs in each team, please ensure they sub throughout the day. Please note: subs can ONLY sub after a match is complete, they cannot sub throughout a match. Staff on Day: Dylan Dwyer and Head Coach Helen Garratt will be delivering the event. Teacher Supervision & Parents: There needs to be 1 teacher supervising for every 3 teams entered from your school. Students will score their own matches, however there will be a court supervisor on court, monitoring matches and helping if students need. Parents are more than welcome to come along and watch however MUST NOT interfere with matches or step out on court. Progression: Two teams will progress to the State Final at Sydney Olympic Park on Monday 9 th  November.
