The Crawford County Health Department will be offering sports physicals for your athlete at their school! Cost: $10When:  Tuesday, May 5th at the High School 8:00-3:00              Wednesday, May 6th at the Middle School 8:00-2:00Students will be called out of class to have their physical completed. Scheduling and payment (cash or check to Crawford County Health Department) will be through your student’s respective school office.
