Faithful Givers Roadshow

Register Now for the Faithful Givers Roadshow!  Faithful Givers is a new diocesan program that will strengthen our capacity to engage God’s mission in our congregations and our community-based ministries. Led by a small committee of leaders from the Trustees of Diocesan Funds, Standing Committee, and Diocesan Council, Faithful Givers will help us create and sustain financial development in three areas: annual giving, capital campaigns, and building endowments for the future.  To kick off this exciting initiative, the diocese is hosting the Faithful Givers Roadshow, a one-day, in-person immersion in all things giving that will offer inspiration, instruction, and practical sharing of development best practices and next steps. There is no cost to attend and lunch will be provided.  The two sessions (please choose one) will include a keynote speaker and panelists with experience and expertise in four development areas: Parish Endowment; Annual Giving; Facing Challenging Environments for Development; and Capital Campaigns for Mission, Ministries, and Facilities.  All those interested in development strategies for churches are welcome, and at least one representative from your parish or ministry is expected to attend. The deadline to register is Wednesday, May 20.  Please feel free to reach out with questions to Director of Communications and Engagement Susan Sherrill Axelrod.
